Chicago Arts Partnership in Education Adds New Board Members

Board Member Connect recently placed Melonie Boone, Tom Silva and Igor Vasquez on the board of Chicago Arts Partnership in Education (CAPE). Melonie is the Global Head of Human Resources at Ventiv Technology. Tom is the Principal at Silva Brand LLC, a marketing and advertising firm. Igor is a Senior Manager of Global Strategy and Capability at Mondelez International.

CAPE inspires students to be passionate about their education by weaving visual and performing arts into their classroom lessons. CAPE partners teaching artists with Chicago Public School teachers to develop original, creative lesson plans. For more information, please visit capeweb.org.

Board Member Connect was a real lifesaver for our organization. We were in desperate need of an infusion of new energy on our Board and we lacked the time or talent to look outside our immediate circles. We are quite pleased with Board Member Connect and it was well worth the investment.
