We start with the executive, not a list. Some programs match executives to a pool of nonprofits that applied in advance, and when an executive’s interests fall outside that pool, they wait or settle. We interview each executive first, then research the organizations that fit that person.

• A curated list of vetted nonprofits researched for each executive, who ranks their choices
• Outreach to the top-ranked boards to confirm openings, then warm introductions from our team
• A personal guide for each executive through placement and onboarding
